How it works
I
An initial conversation
We begin with a call or, where you prefer, a meeting in person to understand the occasion: the date, the setting, the number of guests and the standard you have in mind. There is no cost or obligation attached to it.

A considered proposal
We put forward the team we would send and set out a clear written brief covering the staff, the menu where relevant, the running order for the day and the cost. Nothing is finalised until you are satisfied with it.
III
As involved as you need
Take the whole service or a single part of it. Some clients ask us to handle the occasion end to end; others want catering alone, or simply a few excellent staff for the day. The brief is yours to set.

Beaulieu Private Clients is built around a small, carefully chosen team, briefed personally before every event. Clients deal with Joseph directly, from first enquiry through to the close of service on the day.
The highlight of his year is the summer social season, looking after clients at Royal Ascot and Henley Royal Regatta.
